This is an opportunity for a driven and analytical leader who excels at translating data into action. This role will be responsible for commercializing new service offerings and leveraging deep data analysis to build a robust sales pipeline through the North America sales channels. There will be a heavy emphasis on mining customer and market data to uncover opportunities, developing targeted sales strategies, and influencing a winning sales culture through a consultative, data-informed approach. This role requires a sales strategy growth mindset and exceptional communication skills to develop best practices and customer messaging that is backed by data and supports the advancement of our service offerings.

What you will do:
  • Mine and analyze sales, market, and customer data to uncover trends, identify high-value opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies to increase sales effectiveness and market penetration.
  • Translate data insights into targeted sales plays and campaigns, equipping the sales teams with the specific information they need to win in competitive markets.
  • Commercialize and support new and existing service offerings for North America sales channels.
  • Work with the sales channels to identify qualified customers to pilot new service offerings in preparation for new commercialization launches.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercialization initiatives, providing actionable insights to both sales leadership and product management.
  • In partnership with the Product Management Team, develop virtual and in-person sales training initiatives and new development launch demonstrations of new and existing offerings.
  • Provide customer support for sales and fulfillment channels within the services portfolio offers (i.e., leadership presentations, strategic sales skills, product & services demonstrations, operational excellence training, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product Management and development teams on new functionality needs based on voice of customer and associate feedback.
  • Participate and practice the lean principles with regular gap analysis and new solution ideas to continuously improve standard work and best approaches that addresses current field and customer challenges and needs.


What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales /service / product management or marketing management role required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Technical bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, with a track record of using data to drive sales growth and strategy.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce Analytics) is highly desirable.
  • HVAC experience, knowledge of building systems operation, and extensive knowledge of field, service, and product is preferred.
  • Ability to travel independently up to 40% of the time required.
