This role is specifically designed for individuals who have built careers within the industrial water treatment industry, either as:
  • Industrial Water Sales Representatives
  • Strategic Account Managers
  • Business Development Leaders
  • Regional Sales Managers
  • Commercial Leaders
  • Executive Recruiters specializing in Industrial Water talent

If your background is primarily general corporate recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition without significant Industrial Water industry experience and relationships, this position is likely not a fit.

Why This Role Exists

The Industrial Water market is relationship-driven. The best commercial talent is rarely active in the job market and is often recruited through trusted industry connections.

Success in this role depends on your ability to leverage an established network of Industrial Water sales professionals, commercial leaders, and industry influencers to identify and attract high-performing talent.

This is not a sourcing-heavy recruiting role. It is a market-facing position focused on industry engagement, relationship building, and commercial talent strategy.

What You'll Do

Serve as a Strategic Advisor to Commercial Leadership
  • Partner directly with Industrial Water business leaders to support growth initiatives and critical hiring priorities
  • Develop talent strategies aligned with territory expansion plans, customer growth opportunities, and commercial objectives
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence regarding competitors, hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability
Leverage Industry Relationships
  • Utilize your existing Industrial Water network to identify and engage top-performing commercial professionals
  • Build relationships with passive candidates across the industry
  • Develop talent maps of key competitors and adjacent industry players
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of future sales and commercial leadership talent
Evaluate Commercial Talent
  • Assess candidates' sales effectiveness, technical knowledge, customer relationships, and business development capabilities
  • Evaluate consultative selling skills and industry credibility
  • Present talent recommendations and market insights to leadership teams
