Full Job Description
About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Systems Manager who goes beyond system maintenance - someone who understands that a well-run tech stack directly enables revenue, and who brings the instincts of an operator alongside the technical depth of an admin. This role owns Salesforce administration and leads integration management across our commercial tech stack, including Ironclad, Gong, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Trumpet. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product to identify needs, build solutions, and keep our systems running at the standard our team requires.

In your first 90 days, you'll complete a full audit of Salesforce and connected systems, establish a backlog and prioritization process with your manager, and resolve at least one standing integration or data quality issue. By six months (and onwards), stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success will trust you as a responsive, reliable partner - and the system will reflect it.

You Will:

Salesforce Administration
  • Day-to-day administration: user management, profiles and permissions, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, price books/pricing rules/products, and support tickets
  • Maintain data integrity, field hygiene, and pipeline accuracy across objects
  • Support commission reporting, deal operations workflows, and custom object configurations
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly and communicate status clearly

Integration Ownership
  • Own and manage integrations between Salesforce and connected commercial tools (ZoomInfo, Ironclad, Slack, Workato, Gong Engage, AutoRFP, DocuSign, and others), serving as the internal point of contact for technical questions
  • Support in evaluate new tools against the existing stack for overlap, compatibility, and ROI, in partnership with Commercial Operations and Enablement
  • Document integration logic, data flows, and system dependencies, keeping the stack well-documented and auditable as it evolves

AI Operations
  • Partner with engineering on rolling out AI automations across the revenue tech stack, and help define the framework for what AI agents can safely touch in Salesforce

Revenue Systems Foundation
  • Support the revenue systems roadmap and help maintain a scalable architecture connecting tools, data, and workflows across Sales, Operations, Finance, and CS

Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Serve as a systems point of contact for Sales leadership, Strategy and Ops, CS, Finance, and Legal. Translating stakeholder needs into clear system requirements without over-scoping or under-delivering
  • Run discovery conversations with key stakeholders to surface the real ask beneath the surface request
  • Manage your own project queue: scope, prioritize, communicate timelines, execute, and proactively flag gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become problems
  • Partner with Enablement to train teams on what's relevant to their work

About You

If you're interested in shaping the future of health by engineering the revenue systems that power sustainable growth, this role may be for you!

You Have
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience; Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience managing or troubleshooting third-party integrations with Salesforce
  • Hands-on configuration or administration experience
  • Ironclad experience strongly preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - comfortable working with a Sales rep and a Finance analyst in the same afternoon
  • Project management instincts: you track your own work, hit deadlines, escalate appropriately, and communicate completion
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity - you ask the right questions and don't wait to be told every step
  • A self-starter mindset: you spot opportunities, communicate clearly, and operationalize improvements without being asked
  • AI-forward: actively looking for ways to optimize and automate so the team can focus on higher-value work; exposure to automation tools like Workato, Zapier, or similar is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, health tech, or commercial operations preferred

What Makes This Job Amazing
  • You'll sit at the center of Noom's commercial engine, where the systems you build directly enable revenue growth across Sales, CS, and Partnerships
  • You'll have real ownership over the tech stack from day one, with the autonomy to audit, prioritize, and fix what matters most
  • You'll help shape how AI shows up in a revenue org, defining the guardrails for what automation can safely touch in Salesforce
  • You'll work alongside a tight-knit, agile B2B Operations team that rolls up its sleeves and celebrates wins together, big and small

What You'll Earn and Enjoy
  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
