Job DescriptionGarage Headquarters is hiring a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development in the commercial garage door and loading dock industry.
This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and closing new accounts - not account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts (B2B sales)
- Generate leads through cold calling, job site visits, and networking and referrals
- Sell commercial garage doors, loading docks, service contracts, and repairs
- Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, warehouses, and industrial clients
- Conduct site visits, identify needs, and present solutions
- Manage and grow a sales territory
- Track pipeline activity and meet sales goals
Qualifications- 2+ years of outside sales / B2B sales / field sales experience
- Experience in construction, industrial, service, or building products sales preferred
- Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, closing)
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license
Additional InformationCompensation & Benefits- Base salary + commission
- On-target earnings: $110,000+
