About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for driving project success through strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and coordinate all phases from preconstruction to closeout
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts as needed
- Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications:- 5+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
