Commercial Roofing Sales & Project Manager - Denver, CO
Compensation: Salary + Commission ($150,000 - $300,000)
Location: Denver
What You'll Do:
- Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
- Lead roofing projects from start to finish-sales through final completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations
- Ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Track and manage budgets, timelines, and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing
- Strong sales and project management record
- Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Valid driver's license and ability to access rooftops
