  • Track portfolio performance, risk exposures, and key indicators to support ongoing oversight.
  • Act as a key liaison with CMHC, ensuring compliance with insured lending and securitization requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to execute transactions effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance underwriting quality, efficiency, and overall client experience.

You don't just review deals - you challenge assumptions, uncover insights, and strengthen outcomes. Whether you're underwriting new transactions, monitoring portfolio performance, or navigating CMHC requirements, you bring clarity, structure, and confidence to every step of the process.

Working closely with internal teams, brokers, and external partners, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality lending decisions - from origination through funding, insurance placement, and securitization.
