The Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator is responsible for managing and processing construction and term loans for commercial real estate projects. This role involves preparing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate loan records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction lending practices and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Loan Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Loan Processing: Manage the end-to-end loan process, including application review, approval, and disbursement.
- Construction Monitoring: Oversee the construction process, including site inspections, draw requests, and verifying project progress.
- Compliance: Ensure all loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues.
- File Management: Maintain organized and accurate loan files, including all required documentation and correspondence.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain statistical reports to meet federal regulations and internal reporting requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, relationship managers, and other departments to ensure smooth loan operations.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of the loan portfolio, including monitoring loan performance and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate construction loan administration or a related field.
