JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a prominent southeastern law firm with a national practice, is actively seeking either a staff attorney or counsel with 5 or more years of relevant experience to join its dynamic Commercial Real Estate team in its Charlotte office.

The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, due diligence, joint ventures, and financing transactions, and will play a key role in managing deals and advising real estate developers, landlords, property managers, and business clients, throughout the transaction lifecycle. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to ask questions and learn, and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment. Regular office attendance required.
