Primary Position Objective:
Under limited supervision, DEVELOPS quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders, that supports claims process. REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across all commercial/ business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews; and works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions.

- Must have the following experience:
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial auto casualty OR cargo OR hazmat claims experience. Previous claim handling experience acceptable if now in a analyst role.
- Exposure across multiple claim types preferred
Annual Salary$34.60 - $120,950.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
