The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Activelyparticipatein the tender/bid process--frominitialtender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
- Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team
- Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency
- Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation andtimelycommunication

- Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Are happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients,partnersand team

The Salary Range for this role is between $125,000-$175,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skillset, education and experience.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
