About the RoleAs the
Commercial Landscape Business Development Manager, you will partner closely with company leadership to strengthen existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities across the Boise market.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Identify and secure new commercial landscaping opportunities
- Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads
- Expand company visibility and market presence throughout the Boise Metro Area
- Develop long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
- Build partnerships with:
- Tract Home Builders
- Real Estate Developers
- General Contractors
- Commercial Property Managers
- Municipalities
- Industry Partners
Client Relationship Management- Maintain and strengthen existing customer accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to meet client needs
- Ensure seamless project handoffs from sales to production
Estimating & Sales Coordination- Manage bid opportunities and proposal follow-up
- Track project pipelines and sales activity
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Support forecasting and pipeline management
- Coordinate closely with estimating and operations teams
Strategic Growth & Leadership- Identify target accounts and market expansion opportunities
- Contribute to sales process improvements and growth initiatives
- Support leadership in achieving long-term business objectives
- Help strengthen the company's position within the commercial construction market

RequirementsQualificationsRequired Experience- Proven B2B sales experience
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Commercial Landscaping
- Construction
- Building Materials
- Property Services
- Site Development
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing client relationships
- Experience with relationship-based selling and long sales cycles
- Familiarity with bids, contracts, proposals, and project timelines
- Understanding of job costing, profit margins, and project profitability
Preferred Qualifications- Established relationships within the Boise construction and development community
- Knowledge of commercial development processes and construction sequencing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field
