COMMERCIAL INSURANCE MANAGER - RICHMOND HILLLead a team of commercial insurance experts to increase sales and service excellence.In this role you will lead a team of dedicated commercial insurance professionals and nurture and grow the relationships of high value clients. Accountabilities- Deliver results on the business strategy, through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness to drive accountability and favourable outcomes
- Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships across diverse industries, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain a strong understanding of construction industry practices, terminology, and labor market trends to effectively support clients
- Lead your team through the change management process to shape organizational understanding of proposed changes as required
- Develop a team business plan, budget and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Collaborate with Commercial Underwriting for product review and development
- Represent the organization and liaising with domestic and international insurance companies as required
- Review required reports and complete audits on processes, documentation and correspondence
- Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
The value you bring- Leadership experience in a sales driven environment, preferably commercial insurance
- Strong experience creating and maintaining relationships with high priority clients
- Proven long-term success in a commission-based sales role
- Involvement in industry related associations and your community
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
