Description

Lead a commercial HVAC service operation with responsibility for technician leadership, technical service operations, customer relationships, and branch performance.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:

  • Leadership: Proven experience leading/managing a team of technicians.
  • Team Management: Experience overseeing technician workload, performance, scheduling, training, or development.
  • Customer-Facing: Comfortable working directly with commercial customers and resolving service issues.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:
  • Previous Commercial HVAC Service Manager or Service Operations Manager experience.
  • Commercial HVAC: 5+ years of commercial HVAC industry experience.
  • Experience with revenue, margins, forecasting, and branch KPIs.
  • Business development/account growth experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial building codes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, ERP, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

A strong HVAC leader who understands the technical side of the business and can effectively manage technicians, customers, and branch operations.
