Position Summary
The Commercial Growth Strategist (Senior Associate) supports strategic growth initiatives across Huron’s Commercial business by helping drive account expansion, opportunity development, executive engagement, and commercial growth programs.

Working closely with sales leaders, account teams, marketing, and enablement stakeholders, this individual will help identify, coordinate, and advance growth opportunities across both existing and prospective client relationships. The role serves as a strategic connector across teams by facilitating account planning efforts, supporting growth initiatives, driving follow-through on key actions, and developing tools, insights, and processes that improve seller effectiveness.

This individual must be comfortable interacting with senior leaders, facilitating meetings, managing competing priorities, and operating independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.



The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, executive presence, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities with a passion for helping teams drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Growth Support

  • Support the development and executionof strategic growth initiatives across priority accounts and target markets.

  • Partner with account teams toidentifyaccount expansion, cross-sell, and relationship growth opportunities.

  • Assistin the creation of account summaries, growth plans, competitive analyses, relationship maps, and other account planning assets.

  • Coordinate account planning activities and help ensure accountability against agreed-upon actions and growth objectives.

Commercial Growth Programs

  • Assistin the execution of growth-focused programs supporting prospecting, account expansion, event follow-up, and business development efforts.

  • Support targeted outreach initiatives aimed at strengthening existing client relationships andidentifyingnew opportunities.

  • Help develop repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that improve commercial execution and scalability.

  • Contribute to strategic events and growth initiatives that support pipeline development and account engagement.

Executive Engagement & Meeting Facilitation

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, reports, and meeting agendas.

  • Facilitate growth planning meetings, account reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Capture key decisions, action items, and next steps while ensuringappropriate follow-upand accountability.

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders across industries, capabilities, and business functions.

  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination for strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze account activity, pipeline trends, engagement metrics, and business development data.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries that support leadership decision-making.

  • Identifytrends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Track program effectiveness andprovideongoing insights to improve commercial outcomes.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process optimization.

  • Support the development and adoption ofAI-enabled tools and other growth enablement resources.

  • Partner with team members to improve consistency, scalability, and effectiveness across commercial programs.

  • Contributenew ideasand best practices that enhance seller productivity and account growth efforts.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, ora related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, account support, business development, consulting, marketing, program management, or related fields.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior leaders andfacilitatemeetings independently.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Experience building presentations, reports, and executive-facing communications.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B sales environments.

  • Familiarity with account planning, account-based growth strategies, or business development programs.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,ZoomInfo,Salesloftoranother outreach tool,Power BI, or similar commercial tools.

  • ExperienceleveragingAI and automation tools to improve business processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Experiencefacilitatingworkshops, planning sessions, or cross-functional initiatives.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $100,300 - $135,700. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
