Executive Talent Partner - Industrial Water Commercial Sales

Location : United States (flexible / regional focus)

Solenis is seeking a highly connected Industrial Water professional to lead commercial talent acquisition efforts for one of the industry's most important growth businesses.

This role is specifically designed for individuals who have built careers within the industrial water treatment industry, either as:
  • Industrial Water Sales Representatives
  • Strategic Account Managers
  • Business Development Leaders
  • Regional Sales Managers
  • Commercial Leaders
  • Executive Recruiters specializing in Industrial Water talent


If your background is primarily general corporate recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition without significant Industrial Water industry experience and relationships, this position is likely not a fit.

Required Background

7+ years of experience within the Industrial Water Treatment industry in either:
  • Commercial Sales
  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Sales Leadership
  • Executive Search / Recruiting focused specifically on Industrial Water talent
Industry Network
  • Deep, established network of Industrial Water sales, account management, and commercial leadership professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to access passive talent through industry relationships

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
