Job Description

Title: Commercial Finance Partner - Services

As the Commercial Finance Partner Services, you will be responsible for handling end to end commercial finance topics. Role requires solid business partnering with key stakeholders by providing detailed financial insights on commercials projects related to hyper scalers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage end-to-end commercial responsibility for projects from bidding through execution, including order-to-cash management, opportunity, and risk management.
  • Serve as the business partner for large global projects, handling all commercial tasks and challenges, and supporting project teams cross-functionally.
  • Conduct project reviews, prepare progress and financial reports, and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and budget compliance.
  • Identify, track, and manage commercial risks and opportunities, develop countermeasures, and update risk management plans as projects progress.
  • Participate in the creation of framework contracts and sales agreements, optimize orders and receivables, and drive continuous improvement in controlling systems and processes.


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration and 7 years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment or 11 years experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP or other ERP systems for financial reporting and controlling.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
  • Travel - domestic and international up to 10%.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications and controlled systems.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams or projects in a manufacturing or services environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives in a commercial or financial environment.
