Full Job Description
Job Summary

Owns the practitioner channel end-to-end, including partner acquisition, engagement, education, and long-term relationship management for the NutraBiogenesis brand. It is equal parts commercial strategist, platform operator, portfolio manager, and practitioner enablement leader. The successful candidate will define and execute the go-to-market playbook, steward strategic relationships and build the infrastructure required to scale a practitioner-first supplement brand.

Essential Functions

  • Own and drive the practitioner education ecosystem, including advisory board development, content library, webinar programming, and practitioner-facing clinical education that establish NutraBiogenesis as a scientifically credible brand within the functional and integrative medicine community.


  • Serve as the primary owner of practitioner relationships, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all touchpoints.


  • Partner with and own end-to-end Fullscript growth strategy, including search visibility, merchandising, protocol bundle design, subscription attach rate, and promotional execution.


  • Drive product pipelines to build relevant protocols and partner with R&D team to drive portfolio expansion.


  • Build and manage the practitioner CRM lifecycle system driving verified HCP acquisition, onboarding activation, and long-term retention.


  • Own the trade event strategy and calendar; represent the brand at IFM, A4M, PLMI, and equivalent functional and integrative medicine events.


  • Leverage data and AI tools to enhance practitioner segmentation, engagement, content effectiveness, and performance tracking.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations to support commercial and practitioner strategies.


  • Support company initiatives, polices, and programs, and perform other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of commercial, marketing, or practitioner channel leadership experience within a health, wellness, or HCP-focused environment.


  • Experience with Fullscript, Emerson Logistics, or similar professional supplement platforms.


  • Experience designing and delivering practitioner-facing education or training programs.


  • Strong teamwork, communication, organization and time-management skills.


  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and creativity skills.


  • Ability to translate complex mechanisms of action into practitioner-grade claims and education frameworks.


  • Track record as a commercial generalist - comfortable owning strategy, execution, data, and cross-functional leadership simultaneously.


  • Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.)


  • Ability to bring strategic level thinking to a tactically executable level.


Physical Requirements

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 annually.

This position is also eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
