• 10 years of management and professional experience in comparable positions in an international construction and infrastructure environment; commercial and financial experience within the STRABAG Group is an advantage.

Your contribution to our company

• Commercial and financial leadership of a Canadian Business Unit, working in close collaboration with the Technical Business Unit Manager and Sub-Division management.
• Development, formulation and execution of commercial and strategic targets, ensuring alignment with the Sub-Division's objectives and STRABAG Group policies.
• Preparation of internal monthly and annual financial statements and comprehensive performance reporting to Sub-Division management.
• Continuous commercial controlling to ensure achievement of economic objectives, cost discipline, cash flow stability and long-term business performance.
• Full responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and financial steering throughout the fiscal year, combined with active involvement in project acquisition, including commercial tender strategy, risk evaluation, and contract drafting and negotiation.
• Providing commercial due-diligence input to STRABAG's M&A activities and supporting the evaluation of strategic acquisition opportunities.
• Oversight of the commercial project lifecycle, ensuring disciplined management of deadlines, cost, quality, safety, change control and contract administration.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the of employees, including targeted support through regular employee appraisals, target agreements and individual development measures
• Ensuring robust compliance with STRABAG Group governance, legal requirements, internal guidelines and Group Commercial Procedures.
