The Commercial Contract Analyst will be responsible for serving as a consultant within the business on crafting structured commercial agreements. The ability to resolve customer issues and mentor other team members are keys to success!

• Prepares and coordinates the creation, redlining, and execution of sophisticated agreements with an emphasis on negotiating terms that improve value and mitigate contractual exposure
• Leads communication with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document draft/redline/execution
• Contributes through identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, with an eye for tools, ideas, and process improvements to increase efficiencies within the group
• Assists the business to find adequate contract solutions for their customers
• Crafts new contract templates and updates the existing templates on as as-needed basis; makes recommendations to our policies and guidelines for commercial contracts
• Collaborates with various partners with new business development opportunities and/or special projects
• Other duties as assigned

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies and three (3) years' experience in energy

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in preparing natural gas midstream and marketing agreements
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in preparing natural gas midstream, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture agreements
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies

• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
• Prior experience with contract management systems (e.g. Cobblestone Contract Insight)
• Preferred: Strength in communicating with varying audiences
• Preferred: Ability to multitask and prioritize work, including coordinating with multiple internal partners
