What you will be doing:
- Managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Developing project schedules, setting milestones and managing budgets
- Handling RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications
- Managing subcontractor relationships, contracts and purchase orders
- Leading project teams and conducting coordination meetings
- Monthly cost reporting and exposure analysis
What you need to bring:
- Minimum ten years of commercial construction project management experience
- Solid background in healthcare or aviation construction
- Stable work history with long term tenure at previous employers
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, building science or engineering preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
