Full Job Description
Skillforce is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator for a full-time/direct hire role with our client. This contractor is looking for someone to stay and grow into a management position.

Location: Orlando, FL area
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (with generous bonus opportunities)

Commercial Construction Estimator Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate, competitive cost estimates using Stack estimating software.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and requirements.
  • Lead and manage projects independently from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Analyze labor, materials, and timelines to create cost-effective bids.
  • Identify project risks early and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Stay current on industry standards, pricing trends, and material/labor costs.

Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
  • Interest in commercial construction estimating (waterproofing, caulking, roofing, protective coatings).
