Full Job Description
Support the ongoing management of the Commercial Card relationships as assigned by Region. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the company, their teams and internal bank stakeholders. Work with clients to expand program usage, as well as offer additional services, programs and enhancements. Primary Goal: Accelerate revenue and portfolio growth through increasing Commercial/Regional card program production. Partner with assigned Treasury Card Sales Officer and Community Bank regions to improve their commercial credit card production. Promote usage and growth through activation and retention strategies. Be the Truist Commercial Card Brand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Responsible for assigned regions' Commercial Card production and profitability, attained by partnering with Treasury Card Sales Officers and Regional Banking teams. Manage the client and teammate relationships and grow connections. 2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of supported credit card products, market opportunities, competitive environment and the short and long term goals for Commercial Card. Proactively research changes in payments space and provide findings to entire CCRM team. 3. Participate in the full Commercial Card sales cycle to attain a successful client experience. Engage with Treasury Card Sales officers to ensure consistency from implementation to realization of new programs. Monitor the pricing of deals (rebate, fees, and rewards) to ensure profitability for each program. 4. Responsible for managing assigned portfolio of programs to ensure retention and growth of Commercial Card spend. Monitor and maintain good working relationship with stakeholders and provide monthly/bimonthly touch points. Present quarterly client reviews, reporting on hurdles reached as well as continued growth opportunities Coach and mentor level I and II and provide relevant and constructive feedback. Be a go to for assistance and support of growing teammates. Lead by example. 5. Active engagement with partners through various channels including training, regional presentations, and consistent touch points to keep card top of mind. 6. Have a detailed understanding of the Truist Commercial Card products, platforms and processes. Stay up to date on product enhancements and provide clear updates to your team and the Regions and Partners as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Undergraduate Degree in a Business disciple or equivalent education and related training. 2. 8 + years Commercial Card industry experience, preferably in sales or account management. 3. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional projects and ability to think strategically. 4. Ability to work under competing pressures, handle complex and multiple projects/clients, maintaining an adherence to deadlines and servicing level. 5. Ability to work independently and develop customized solutions for internal and external partners Preferred Qualifications: 1. Industry certifications relating to Commercial Card Solutions 2.
