Description

CMA's Williamsburg Ford is looking for a Commercial Business Manager to expand our commercial and fleet sales throughout Williamsburg and the surrounding communities. In this role, you'll connect with local businesses, identify new opportunities, and help customers find the right commercial vehicles and fleet solutions to support their operations. As our Commercial Business Manager, you'll play a key role in growing our commercial presence and helping establish CMA's Williamsburg Ford as the preferred commercial vehicle partner for businesses throughout the region.

Commercial Business Manager Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial and fleet business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses
  • Grow existing commercial customer accounts
  • Identify transportation needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
  • Become an expert in Ford Pro products, services, and commercial financing programs
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Network within the community to increase dealership visibility and generate referrals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Serve as the dealership's primary resource for commercial vehicle and fleet sales

  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and prospecting skills
  • Ability to generate new business through referrals, community involvement, and strategic partnerships
  • Consultative, solution-based sales approach with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to learn Ford Pro commercial products, fleet solutions, and commercial financing programs
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Experience managing a CRM and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Commercial or fleet sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience developing new accounts through prospecting preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Salary Description

$105,000 - $125,000 annually
