Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000 65,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000 215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000 275,000+.
