As a Sales Representative at Culligan Ultrapure, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our business by securing new customers and nurturing existing ones in the Commercial and Industrial markets. While your primary focus will be the Texas Panhandle, you'll have the freedom to explore opportunities beyond geographic boundaries. We offer a wide range of innovative products including drinking water systems, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, and aftermarket products-plus, a suite of services that extend the value of the equipment we provide.
The compensation for this position is comprised of an annual salary plus commission. The expected total annual compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $125,000+, depending on individual performance.

What You'll Do:
• Drive New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and lead generation.
• Grow Existing Accounts: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Optimize Sales Processes: Use NetSuite CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and ensure you're on target to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
• Present Solutions: Write and deliver engineering-based solutions and quotes for industrial and commercial water purification systems that address client needs.
• Customer-Focused: Oversee customer satisfaction by ensuring all needs are met, and projects are followed up on for successful installation and beyond.
What We're Looking For:
• Education: BS degree preferred, ideally in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
• Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the water industry (but we're open to strong candidates from other fields)
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Drive: High energy, results-oriented, and passionate about customer service and sales
• Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
