Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven and dynamic Commercial Account Executive to support our sales efforts, engage with potential clients, and help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective customers navigating business closures
- Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on our solutions.
- Support deal progression by managing follow-ups, next steps, and customer questions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Gather and report customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications- Legal background, understanding of M&A, corporate law, or accounting experience (preferred but not necessary)
- 2 - 4+ years sales experience in SaaS/Startup environment; in Legal-tech, Fintech, HR-tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred but not required).
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
What we offer- Compensation: This role is fully remote and open to candidates across the United States. OTE is determined by location tier:
- Tier 1 (NYC, LA, SF): $170,000 - $180,000 OTE
- Tier 2 (Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, DC, Miami): $160,000 - $170,000 OTE
- Tier 3 (All other US locations): $150,000 - $160,000 OTE
