Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly motivated and qualified Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager to support SERE training at Fairchild AFB, WA.

Requirements
Responsibilities:- CSEL program management in accordance with all applicable regulations
- Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory and operational training
- Serve as the CSEL program manager and technical subject matter expert
- Serve as the overall system administrator / SME for the CSEL training architecture
- Provide SERE Specialist training on management and use of CSEL web application accounts, hand-held radios, and PTIU
- Provide CSEL support for SERE training in field and classroom environments
- Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory, and operational training
- Provide, prepare, and conduct CSEL related training, briefings, reviews, after-action reports, and meetings.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:- Have two (2) years' experience knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture to include operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base station
- Experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment
- Ability to pass a physical, and psychological evaluation
- Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire
