  • Assist in the planning, development, execution, analysis, and documentation of CUAS RF test events.
  • Develop and support test objectives, test plans, test procedures, test cards, data collection plans, instrumentation plans, and post-test analysis products.
  • Configure, operate, and troubleshoot RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, receivers, software-defined radios, antennas, vector network analyzers, data acquisition systems, and related instrumentation.
  • Collect, process, and analyze RF test data to evaluate system performance, signal behavior, link characteristics, receiver sensitivity, transmit power, waveform characteristics, interference, timing, and electromagnetic environment impacts.
  • Support laboratory, hardware-in-the-loop, field, and over-the-air test events involving CUAS and EW systems.
  • Evaluate RF system performance against defined test requirements, operational scenarios, and mission-relevant threat conditions.
  • Support RF signal analysis and exploitation activities using test instrumentation, software tools, and approved analysis methods.
  • Assess wireless communication protocols, RF control links, telemetry links, command links, and signal characteristics associated with unmanned systems and CUAS test environments.
  • Support RF modeling and simulation activities, including RF coverage analysis, antenna placement assessment, propagation analysis, model validation, and correlation of test data to model predictions.
  • Identify test limitations, data gaps, anomalies, instrumentation issues, equipment problems, and environmental factors that may affect test validity.
  • Provide engineering recommendations to improve test rigor, test repeatability, RF measurement accuracy, data collection methods, and overall test efficiency.
  • Support test setup, calibration verification, equipment configuration, test execution, teardown, and post-test equipment accountability.
  • Coordinate with field test teams to ensure RF equipment, antennas, sensors, targets, vehicles, communication systems, and data collection tools are properly configured and ready for test execution.
  • Support operation, setup, and maintenance of RF distribution systems, antennas, RF cables, amplifiers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF equipment used in lab and field test environments.
  • Support evaluation of routine repairs, retrofits, system integrations, calibrations, test equipment operation, configuration, and adjustment of units under test.
  • Participate in test readiness reviews, technical interchange meetings, Integrated Product Teams, daily test briefs, post-test debriefs, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Develop and review RF analysis products, technical reports, test reports, engineering summaries, briefings, and recommendations for Government review.
