Full Job Description
The Collaboratives and Communities of Practice Lead will lead cross-organizational collaboratives and professional communities at Risant Health. This role is pivotal in advancing knowledge sharing, accelerating innovation, and fostering integration across member organizations including Kaiser Permanente, Geisinger, Cone Health, and KPMF. The role will manage collaboratives and communities of practice from strategy through to execution. The Collaboratives and Communities of Practice Lead will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of all collaborative meetings and events as well as scoping and driving strategic projects identified by the collaborative workgroups. Finally, this role will be responsible for reporting outcomes from the collaboratives to senior leadership at Risant Health. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate In-Person and Virtual Collaboration Sessions • Oversee planning and execution of collaboration events and workshops with support from administrative team. • Lead human centered design sessions that engage engaging clinicians and operational leaders to identify needs, define problems impacting clinical workflows and administrative challenges. • Translate insights into actionable next steps and support the intake process for new ideas scoped projects. Direct Collaborative Initiatives • Lead the scoping and launch of new initiatives by translating ideas generated during collaborative sessions into actionable projects with workplans, governance structures, and defined success metrics. • Project manage collaboratives, including monitoring progress against roadmap, identifying risks, and adjusting plans to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. • Proactively build and maintain relationships with key clinical, operational, and technical experts both within Risant Health and among partner organizations (e.g., Kaiser Permanente, Geisinger, Cone Health, KPMF) in support of the collaboratives. • Lead the scoping and launch of new initiatives by translating ideas generated during collaborative sessions into actionable projects with workplans, governance structures, and defined success metrics. • Project manage collaboratives, including monitoring progress against roadmap, identifying risks, and adjusting plans to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. • Proactively build and maintain relationships with key clinical, operational, and technical experts both within Risant Health and among partner organizations (e.g., Kaiser Permanente, Geisinger, Cone Health, KPMF) in support of the collaboratives. Monitoring and Evaluation • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports that summarize progress, outcomes, challenges, and strategic recommendations. • Establish mechanisms for ongoing evaluation of collaborative outputs, using participant feedback, performance metrics, and organizational priorities to guide improvements. • Collaboration with communications team to advance thought leadership based on outputs from the collaboratives. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of eight [8] years of experience in strategy consulting or health program design with a focus on workgroup facilitation, designing and scoping projects, and project execution. • Clinical background or direct experience working with clinical teams in healthcare settings. • Experience in health informatics (Epic or non-Epic). Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, Doctorate) or relevant certifications in healthcare, strategy, or design-thinking. Demonstrated experience in scoping, launching, and managing complex cross-functional projects in healthcare or related fields. • Experience with human-centered design methodologies and facilitation of design-thinking workshops. • Experience driving initiatives from strategic conception through operational execution. Additional Information Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $234,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable. Join Us!
