As a Coin Production Manager, you will:
- Direct the formulation of plans, organization objectives, policies, priorities, and procedures to ensure that the mission of the division is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that forecasting and utilization of resources is being accomplished in a coordinated, efficient, and effective manner.
- Ensure that adequate controls are in place, performance is monitored, and goals and objectives are met.
- Initiate proposals for requisition of both capital and non-capital equipment to effect operating improvements.

QualificationsYou must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. -Using Lean Manufacturing techniques to manage resources, establish controls, and promote efficiencies to ensure quality products and processes; AND
-Planning and coordinating production schedules to utilize the capability of the people and capacity of the division to meet both production goals and delivery schedules.In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following
time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.
