Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's license required
• Minimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations
• N2 and Fluid experience is a plus
• High school diploma is preferred
• Safe driving skills with a clean driver's abstract
• Physically capable of handling heavy lifting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in problem-solving techniques

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and adhere to core value of not compromising personnel safety
• Ensure all necessary equipment and products are prepared for transportation
• Verify customer requirements for fluids, additives, and mixing processes
• Conduct thorough pre and post trip inspections and complete necessary paperwork
• Oversee rig-in and rig-out procedures for equipment
• Communicate safety protocols and concerns to team and customers
• Document job completion and transmit required forms to relevant personnel
• Monitor and manage operators’ hours effectively
• Train and develop team members while providing leadership and discipline
