What you will enjoy doing*- You will support troubleshoot production and process issues related to electroplated coatings
- In this role you will support customers by resolving technical, quality, and performance concerns
- Furthermore, you will drive quality improvements using data analysis and problem-solving tools
- Moreover, you will assist with process optimization and capacity/efficiency improvements
- You will participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Additionally, you will support documentation, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives
What makes you great - You possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or related field preferred
- You demonstrate basic knowledge of materials, coatings, or surface engineering (electroplating a plus)
- Moreover, you will have strong data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills
- You are comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Additionally, you communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Further, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in teamwork, independent work, and continuous improvement tools (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)
