We are currently seeking a
CNC Programmer for our
Mountainside, NJ location. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to high-quality architectural sheet metal production in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone who is motivated and ready to learn!
Key Responsibilities:- Program and operate CNC folding and shearing machines to fabricate light gauge architectural sheet metal components.
- Work on various machinery in accordance with the daily work load with a primary focus on programming a Trumpf TruPunch rotary punch machine.
- Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to unload deliveries and manage material handling using a forklift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assemble fabricated components using various hand tools, power equipment, and soldering equipment if required.
- Flexibly support additional tasks and duties as needed to meet team goals.
Qualifications:- Proven experience operating computerized metal folding and shearing equipment, preferred.
- Ability operate a CNC machine utilizing a combination of proprietary software and generic CAD programming.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills required; ability to take accurate measurements and read technical drawings is a plus.
- Previous experience in the architectural, construction, or design industry preferred.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification is a plus; training is available.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Wage Range: $35-$45/hour plus additional benefits. In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
