Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer
Proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software
Strong understanding of G-code and CNC machine operations
Experience with multi-axis mills and lathes preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Responsibilities
Create and optimize CNC programs for complex parts
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve setup and machining efficiency
Troubleshoot and adjust programs as needed to ensure precision and quality
Assist in tooling selection and fixture design
