Business Title:CMS Product & Program Manager, L4B

The Team

The L4B Global Sales Enablement Team supports the L4B organization in the following areas: Training & Education, Resource Development, Sales Tools & Processes, GTM Support and Reporting & Analytics.

The Role

The CMS Product & Program Manager oversees the management, configuration, and support of key enablement initiatives and systems. This position is responsible for administering the Content Management System and coordinating efforts across related platforms, such as the CRM and LMS. Success in this role requires a team-oriented approach, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills. Your Contribution:

  • Configure content management system, CMS, settings and workflows to meet organizational needs
  • Manage complex workstreams, coordinate across global matrixed teams, and ensure that CMS enhancements and feature releases are delivered on time and align with business objectives
  • Help define and maintain expectations for common CMS admin requests, support issues, reporting needs, and enhancement requests
  • Manage user group/role permissions and configurations to auto assign users to said user groups or roles across the CMS and learning management system, LMS
  • Provide weekly status reports of requests and bugs (opened, in progress, resolved) for the CMS and LMS
  • Design and generate tailored CMS and LMS reports for various business groups based on specific needs (e.g., content usage, training completion, system access)
  • Possess organizational skills necessary to lead user acceptance testing and bridge the gap between technical IT requirements and practical sales business use cases
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, data privacy and brand standards

YourQualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years in sales enablement with a focus on managing platforms cross functionally
  • Experience managing CMS and LMS platforms, Seismic and Adobe Learning Management preferred
  • Experience with CRM platform Salesforce
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
  • Collaborative and able to work cohesively with members of the Logitech sales, marketing, and adjacent departments.
  • High degree of persistence and follow-through
  • Flexibility in scheduling, adjusting to changing business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a project management mindset to bridge technical IT requirements with business use cases, including leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitating cross-functional training.
  • Experience managing and tracking processes and tasks in Asana and JIRA for use case tickets with IT
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
  • Experience working across multiple geographic regions
  • Bachelor27s Degree and/or related experience
  • Industry certifications a plus

Travel:

  • Travel may be 2x per month to the New York Metro office and may also include travel for larger sales meetings/events a few times a year

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 114000 and $ 155,000
