Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Work with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and development teams to deliver AEM-based solutions.
Support AEM implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and test scenarios.
Perform user journey mapping and identify opportunities to improve customer digital experiences.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist QA teams during testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital experience platform capabilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, or Cloud Service.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Exposure to web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
Understanding of API integrations and headless CMS concepts.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
Basic knowledge of content governance and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
