The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$75,000 - $130,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
- Research and engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and how our SaaS solutions can address them.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Effectively manage and advance leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to maximize the value of the SaaS solution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
- Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Work with the product team to define offerings and solution strategy to generate value for customers.
- Provide customer insights to the product team to support product development and improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Computerized Maintenance Management Software
- Enterprise Asset Management
- Bachelor27s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar technology sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as required
