Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a CMDB / CMS with a focus on strategy and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its CMDB module.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement CMDB strategies and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
• (Optional) Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ITIL.
• (Optional) Experience or certification in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for CMDB and ITSM.
• Manage projects related to CMDB, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for CMDB health and performance.
