Radiance is seeking a Cloud/Virtual Infrastructure System Administrator to support enterprise virtual infrastructure at our Beavercreek, Ohio facility. The qualified candidate will provide, design, maintenance and enhancement support for the architecture in a classified environment; ensure compliance with applicable information assurance requirements; ensure 24/7 continuity of operations; and create and update relevant system documents. Work hours are normal business hours, however, occasional support during non-business hours may be required. This person will be a major part of a specialized corporate IT and security team primarily focused on building and maintaining virtualized environments that support a growing Air Force mission.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provision, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Amazon WorkSpaces and EC2 instances running Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems.
• Provision, configure, administer, troubleshoot management systems and containerized applications deployed in Kubernetes cluster environments.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory domains to include account management, group policy, authentication, permissions, and domain integration.
• Automate virtual-machine provisioning, operating-system configuration, software deployment, and routine administration.
• Prepare documentation related to system configurations and baselines.
• Responsible for providing backup and recovery services; managing file systems and disk space.
• Perform troubleshooting of virtualized hardware, software, and network problems.
• Responsible for user account and access control management in a domain or stand-alone environment.
Required Experience:
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Windows and Linux Systems Administrator supporting the patching, installation, configuration, maintenance, and flaw remediation of virtualized servers, workstations, and other computing components.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems within an Amazon environment.
• Experience with system hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and configuration management.
• Ability to monitor systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and document configurations, procedures, and corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including provisioning, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting EC2, Amazon WorkSpaces, and AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
• Experience with Ansible or other automation tools for virtual infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Working knowledge ofS3, EFS, NFS, FSx, SMB, and NTFS storage file systems, including storage configuration, file-system access, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, SSH, LDAP, etc. with the ability to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
• Understanding of DISA STIGs, SCAP, vulnerability scanning, system hardening, and security remediation.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, and/or Ansible for system administration, automation and configuration.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, troubleshooting, and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding environment.
• Minimum of a valid Top Secret clearance with in-scope background investigation date.
• DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification. (CompTIA Security+)
Desired Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a System Administrator an organization of similar enterprise size and complexity.
• Preferred experience with Docker, EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, Helm, Git/GitLab, container registries, and containerized applications.
• Working knowledge of SSO, OIDC, SAML, IdP, and MFA.
• Preferred experience with Keycloak, AppGate SDP, and Zero Trust technologies.
• Understanding networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
