Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in threat detection, trust and safety or cyber security.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience partnering with engineering teams to build, tune, and scale automated abuse detection and enforcement systems.
- Experience managing complex escalations and restoring customer faith.
- Experience guiding customers through post-compromise recovery & remediation.
- Experience in a leadership role within a technical support or security organization, preferably in Cloud products or related technologies.
- Experience with capacity planning, resource management, and process optimization.
- Deep technical expertise in Cloud products, related workflows and the technology stack with ability to design and implement cloud architectures and solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements.

- Define and lead an unified security operations strategy across cross-functional teams.

- Provide executive visibility into security posture, investments, and key risks. Translate threat intelligence into business-relevant insights.
