Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Cloud Reporting & Documentation Specialist to support the ACI program through cloud billing reconciliation, dashboard maintenance, and development of technical documentation and user materials. This role ensures accuracy of multi-cloud billing data, delivers monthly cost and usage reporting, and maintains clear documentation and communication to support operational transparency and decision-making.

***Position is located on-site at SSA HQ in Woodlawn, MD. Candidate is required to work in person 5 days/week***

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Reconcile monthly cloud billing and usage data for AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
. Maintain and update technical documentation, process guides, and job aids across Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
. Develop and support dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel, ensuring clarity and accurate data representation.
. Analyze cloud cost and usage trends, identify anomalies or variances, and provide insights to IS and stakeholders.
. Prepare and distribute monthly billing summaries, dashboards, and showback survey results.
. Support distribution, tracking, and summarization of monthly cloud billing surveys.
. Provide user support and basic training on dashboards, documentation, and cloud billing processes.
. Assist with communication materials related to cloud updates, process changes, or new initiatives.
. Maintain version control and inventories for documentation and dashboard content.
. Participate in process improvement efforts and assist with resolving billing or dashboard issues.
. Monitor compliance with internal cloud billing requirements and documentation standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
. 7+ years of professional experience, including experience with cloud billing, cost analysis, or cloud operations.
. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP billing and usage reporting.
. Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with experience in Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow.
. Proficiency with reporting or dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
. Ability to analyze cost and usage data, identify issues, and communicate findings effectively.
. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet recurring monthly deadlines.
. Good communication and customer support skills when working with stakeholders.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Experience with FinOps principles or cloud cost optimization practices.
. Familiarity with tools such as CloudHealth, Apptio/Cloudability, or AWS Cost Explorer.
. Experience supporting federal clients or working within compliance-driven environments.
. Exposure to ServiceNow reporting or estimate collection workflows.
. Experience creating user training materials or delivering quick training sessions.
. Knowledge of basic change management practices (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR preferred).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $156,700.00.
