Cloud Migration ArchitectAn active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role About this RoleYou'll lead an engineering team in architecting and deploying a Content Delivery Network (CDN) infrastructure through advanced AI integration. In this technical lead role, you'll guide your team in leveraging large language models (LLMs) to generate and manage Terraform configurations, transforming how we build and scale infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be mastering AI prompt engineering and understanding the behavioral nuances of various models to ensure production-ready infrastructure code. You'll define strategies for interacting with AI systems, iteratively refining prompts, and establishing rigorous quality control processes for all AI-generated output. You'll work hands-on to evaluate AI-generated outputs, account for model hallucinations and limitations, and adjust your prompting strategies accordingly.
You'll also collaborate with engineering management and stakeholders to translate architectural requirements into effective AI directives, ensuring that AI-driven infrastructure meets enterprise scalability and security standards. Your leadership will establish best practices, standardized workflows, and review processes that empower your team to work effectively with AI tools.

Requirements- 12+ years of experience in technical fields (or 4+ additional years in place of a B.S. in a technical discipline)
- Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams and managing technical infrastructure projects
- Deep experience with prompt engineering, including a thorough understanding of the nuances, capabilities, and limitations of modern LLMs
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with practical, hands-on experience using Terraform for resource deployment
- Proven ability to review, validate, and debug AI-generated code and infrastructure configurations for production environments
- Working knowledge of Content Delivery Network (CDN) concepts and cloud-based hosting environments such as Cloudflare
- Proficiency with Git and Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) for team workflow management and version control
Preferred Skills- Experience utilizing prompt management frameworks and AI evaluation metrics to track model performance
- Demonstrated ability to translate and communicate complex AI and infrastructure concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership

Salary Range$266,500 - $313,500
This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
