Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, licensing, permissions, access reviews, and group management.
  • Maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA enforcement, device compliance policies, and identity security controls.
  • Support and optimize Microsoft Teams collaboration and conferencing solutions.
  • Assist with Microsoft Copilot and AI platform administration and governance.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, security posture, and platform performance.
  • Manage Windows endpoint deployments and lifecycle management through Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, Autopilot deployments, application deployment, endpoint security baselines, and Windows Update for Business policies.
  • Administer and support NinjaOne, AutoElevate, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, software deployment status, and overall security posture.
  • Assist with endpoint automation and scripting initiatives using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and related tools.
  • Support mobile device and application management for corporate-managed devices.
  • Assist with implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow.
  • Support and maintain IT operational workflows, service catalog items, asset management processes, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and support runbooks.
  • Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual support workload and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with reporting, operational metrics, and platform visibility.
  • Support data governance and compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender technologies.
  • Assist with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, eDiscovery, Information Protection, sensitivity labels, and Insider Risk Management.
  • Support governance initiatives aligned with cybersecurity best practices and Zero Trust principles.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and operational guidance to cloud and endpoint support staff.
  • Assist with managing daily team operations, project priorities, escalations, and workload distribution.
  • Support employee development through coaching, training, documentation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning, operational improvement initiatives, and long-term cloud modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership on IT standards, governance, budgeting, staffing, and technology roadmap planning.
  • Help drive accountability, process consistency, and service quality across the cloud operations team.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 cloud and endpoint support for internal users.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, collaboration, and SaaS-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors, MSP partners, and internal departments on cloud-related initiatives.
  • Support conference room technology and collaboration platform integrations as needed.
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance windows or critical issue response when necessary.
  • Serve as an escalation point for cloud and endpoint operational issues.
  • Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft cloud environments
  • Strong experience with: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience with cloud security, compliance, and identity management
  • Knowledge of endpoint/device management platforms
  • Experience with licensing administration and IT asset management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Be able to work without supervision.
  • Problem solving under pressure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, Autopilot, Microsoft Copilot administration, and Windows Update for Business preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, enterprise IT operations, and change management processes preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or Security Administrator Associate preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-site enterprise environment preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 25 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs. frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents.


Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment with air conditioning and bright lights.
