Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless system performance, leading migration initiatives, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across identity, networking, and virtual desktop services.
Key Responsibilities: - Support migration activities and ongoing infrastructure management across AWS and Azure environments.
- Lead migration from Exchange 2016 to Microsoft 365 and consolidate Active Directory domains into Entra ID.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to replace on-premises terminal servers.
- dminister Azure networking components, including VPN gateways, firewalls, and security configurations.
- Manage and monitor SQL Managed Instances (SQLMI) for internal business applications.
- Ensure high availability, security, compliance, and optimal performance across cloud infrastructure services.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure initiatives and business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience: - Strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure administration, and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online management.
- Proven experience with Exchange and Active Directory migrations, including Entra ID integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based VDI solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and AWS WorkSpaces.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, firewalls, and identity/access management.
- Experience managing and supporting cloud infrastructure operations in enterprise environments.
- 8-12 years of experience in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or system administration.
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
