What You\'ll Do- Design and build business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Python, and C#
- Develop and manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases
- Create Power Automate workflows to streamline operations
- Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Work directly with business teams to understand challenges and translate them into scalable solutions
- Help shape and evolve our AI strategy and roadmap
- Design and build custom agents to solve key business problems.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and Technology to improve workflows, decisions, and customer experience
- Build and deploy technologytools (Copilots, intelligent workflows, automation agents)
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas
- Serve as a key contributor in our transition to Microsoft Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
- Support ERP-related data strategy, integrations, and reporting architecture
- Be an integral part of ongoing training efforts to drive technology adoption

What You Bring- Ability to operate comfortably across both technical and business environments

- 3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Strong SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Experience with data modeling, APIs, and integrations (REST/JSON)
- Familiarity with Azure, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, or intelligent applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or similar field preferred
Nice to Have- Experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation or migration (Microsoft Dynamics or F&SCM strongly preferred)
- Experience building AI-powered applications or integrations
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI)
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Background in digital transformation, enterprise systems, or systems integration
Salary Range: $95k-$115k (based on experience). Plus bonus.
