What You'll Do
💡 Architect and Administer Hybrid Infrastructure
• Optimize and manage Microsoft Azure services-VMs, storage, networking, and monitoring.
• Lead Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management with SSO, conditional access, MFA, and policy governance.
• Own Microsoft Intune for device configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
• Monitor resource usage and automate cloud governance and cost optimization.
Maintain and Secure On-Prem Systems
• Administer Active Directory domain services, GPOs, OU design, and trust relationships.
• Support hybrid identity sync (Azure AD Connect) to ensure seamless integration and health.
• Manage Windows Server roles like DNS, DHCP, and print/file services with performance and security in mind.
• Troubleshoot print infrastructure and endpoint configuration issues with precision.
🔐 Fortify Security and Identity
• Oversee SSO/MFA for on-prem and cloud systems.
• Administer internal and external certificate lifecycle management (PKI).
• Enforce IAM best practices using Microsoft and third-party tools.
• Collaborate on network integrations, especially with Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless.
Partner and Evolve
• Work closely with network and security teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Partner with vendors and providers to support migration, licensing, and enhancements.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging threats, and evolving technologies.
• Support compliance with NCUA, BSA, and all regulatory standards.

Your Experience & Skills
• 3-5+ years in cloud systems administration or hybrid infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune in enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Fortinet technologies is a plus (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP).
• Experience with PowerShell AND M365 administration
• Bonus: Automation, and VDI solutions.
• Certifications preferred: Azure Administrator Associate, M365 MD-100/MD-101, Fortinet NSE, or similar.

Expected Starting Salary Range: $73,000 - 89,000 annually or higher based on experience and location
