We are looking for a visionary Clinician Centered Disease Management Lifecycle Leader to join our team. In this role, you will champion a critical portfolio of clinician-facing tools that empower healthcare providers to deliver precision medicine and make life-saving decisions every day.

The Position

As the Lifecycle Leader, you will hold end-to-end commercial accountability and full P&L ownership for our clinician-facing digital product portfolio. You will bridge the gap between long-term strategic vision and daily execution, shaping the product roadmap and leading a high-performing team of Product Managers to deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare systems and patients worldwide.

Your portfolio includes flagship solutions such as navify Clinical Hub (nCH), navify Mutation Profiler (nMP), and navify Cervical Cancer Screening (nCCS). You will act as a key collaborator across the organization, partnering closely with RIS Go-to-Market (GTM), Foundation Medicine (FMI), and the RDS Molecular teams to scale our impact and seamlessly integrate software with our molecular diagnostics and sequencing hardware.


Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

  • Drive the overarching commercial strategy and financial performance, holding complete accountability for portfolio P&L and business outcomes.

  • Formulate and implement joint value propositions and commercial entry strategies for the US market and global territories.

  • Translate complex strategic goals into clear, actionable objectives for product teams, fostering an autonomous environment focused on problem-solving.

  • Champion the central product vision and principles established by leadership, actively communicating the "why" to your team and the wider organization.

Product Excellence & Collaboration

  • Lead the lifecycle of clinician-facing tools, ensuring successful on-market management, with a specific focus on supporting and expanding APAC and global markets.

  • Partner closely with the RDS Molecular team to advance commercial and technological integration opportunities involving the Avenio portfolio and the Axelios sequencer.

  • Partner closely with Foundation Medicine on enhanced Precision Oncology offerings and collaboration

  • Monitor and report on core product performance metrics, market reception, and global affiliate feedback directly to executive leadership.

  • Continuously optimize organizational processes to elevate quality and efficiency standards across your lifecycle.

People & Lifecycle Coaching

  • Act as a dedicated leader-coach, prioritizing the recruitment, mentorship, and continuous upskilling of your Product Management team.

  • Guide teams in advanced product discovery practices, helping them make strategic, customer-centric trade-offs in highly complex clinical environments.

  • Structure cross-functional workflows and optimize team topology to drastically reduce organizational dependencies and move faster.

  • Resolve complex, cross-team conflicts and remove operational barriers in tandem with the Project Leader.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: University degree in a relevant discipline (A postgraduate qualification such as an MD or MSc in Engineering is highly desirable).

  • Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally within the healthcare technology industry or business-focused functions in a related domain.

  • Clinical Launch Track Record: Proven, practical experience successfully launching and scaling clinician-facing digital tools into live clinical environments.

  • Industry Acumen: Broad, deep awareness of the global diagnostics industry, along with a background leading Digital Product Management teams.

  • Financial Mastery: Strong business and financial acumen with direct experience managing P&L and driving commercial growth.

  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional record of building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, ranging from engineering teams to C-level executives.

  • Mindset: An innate curiosity and openness to continuous personal and professional development.

Preferred "Pluses":

  • Direct experience or deep clinical knowledge in medical oncology, genomics, or precision medicine.

  • Direct experience managing and scaling products within APAC and South/Latin American markets.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $243,360-$319,410.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
