Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with substance use disorders.
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff.
• CAADC or equivalent credential required or expected.
• Preferred: Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS or CCS-M) or actively working toward certification.
• Strong knowledge of SUD treatment approaches, including ASAM criteria and best practices.
• Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of SUD clinicians through coaching and supervision.
• Foster a holistic, strengths-based treatment approach with family engagement.
• Oversee program operations, staffing, caseload management, and service delivery quality.
• Monitor productivity and program performance to ensure high-quality care.
• Partner with leadership for hiring, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and quality assurance.
• Build relationships with community partners to enhance program visibility.
• Maintain a collaborative, mission-driven culture across teams.
