The Clinical Supervisor oversees day-to-day clinical operations in an ambulatory setting, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and appropriate staffing support for providers. This role partners with leadership to manage clinical workflows, staff performance, scheduling, patient safety initiatives, and departmental operations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities:- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, PTO approvals, and daily assignments
- Monitor clinical workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency
- Lead daily huddles and communicate updates with nursing and practice leadership
- Support staff onboarding, training, competency validation, and continuing education
- Oversee supply and medication inventory management
- Conduct rounds, ensure regulatory readiness, and address workflow concerns
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for clinical staff
- Assist with budget management, staffing utilization, and departmental expenses

Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Associate degree or higher
- Healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
